Production CNC
Two vertical Haas machining centers, VF-1 with 7500 rpm spindle speed and a VF-2 with 10,000 rpm spindle speed are set up for production runs as required. The work areas of the machines are 20” x 16” x 20” and 30” x 16” x 20” respectively. These machines are excellent production machines for large quantity orders.
CNC Lathe capability with Mazak lather are also available for production work.

Conventional Machining
Two knee mills complete with digital readouts, power feeds and accessories such as indexing heads and turntables round out the milling capabilities for production or prototype work. Including a 6 x 12 Harig surface grinder and a 16 x 40 tool room lathe for simple turning.

Each step of the process is mapped out and critical inspection points are added to assure quality is maintained throughout the process avoiding defects from mistakes to tool degradation.
